Look out for specialities using Olives,Olive Oil,Lemons,even Lavender!

In Ste Agnès there are three restaurants, the Hotel St.Yves, serving local traditional food,for example Rabbit Stew with country herbs....or how about the wild boar steaks? quite delicous!
